Media and comms volunteer assistant

The media and communication volunteer assistant will be involved in generating content for social media, copy-writing and other content development for our website, assisting with planning events, helping with report-writing, and other basic administration tasks.

Fundraising volunteer assistant

We are looking for a volunteer to help with a variety of fundraising tasks, including: researching trusts and grant-making institutions and maintaining the database, researching and developing content for applications to trusts and institutions, developing opportunities for corporate and community fundraising, and much more besides.

Monitoring and evaluation volunteer assistant

The monitoring and evaluation volunteer assistant will be involved in a variety of research related roles such as the evaluation of reports provided to us by our partners and donors, writing project reports which will be presented to key stakeholders and helping the staff with day-to-day office management.

Book keeper volunteer assistant

This volunteer role would suit someone who is studying for CIMA or ACCA qualifications and is looking to gain experience of working in finance. Good numeracy and literacy skills are essential as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software. The candidate must be able to work both alone and as part of a team.

Faith engagement volunteer assistant

We are seeking a volunteer who can actively engage with faith leaders and  black African communities on a number of topics, including sexual health and HIV awareness. You will be involved in organising workshops, publicising events, communicating with current service providers, and establishing and building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
